The Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday, the 11th of November, at 8pm in the Menlo Park Hotel, Headford Road, Galway. All members are invited to attend. We especially welcome any new members who would like to come and join us. We urge all members all members to make an effort to be there as your views are important to us and should be heard. Refreshments will be available at the meeting.
Sunday, 15th September Meet at the Maldron Hotel, Oranmore @ 11.30am, depart @ 12 noon. Taking the old N18 to Gort and in the town taking the left after the railway bridge, onto to the R380 (then right onto the R353) going through Derrybrien, Abbey and finally Portumna. Sunday, 13th October Meet at the Maldron Hotel, Oranmore @ 11.45am. depart @ 12.15pm. The run is in memory of our good friend Frank Mullan. The route will take us on the old N18 to Kilcolgan, turning right onto the N67 to Kinvara, Ballyvaughan, Lisdoonvarna and into Ennistymon. Lunch is at the Falls Hotel, Ennistymon @ 2.15pm. Arriving Friday afternoon at the Westgrove Hotel in Clane, Co. Kildare. Saturday morning, visiting the Japanese Gardens and National Stud. Saturday afternoon, off to the Kildare Village Outlets for a bit of shopping. Saturday evening, Dinner at the hotel. Sunday, day of leisure and return home.
